I am a U.S. Naval Academy graduate with a B.S. in Political Science and an MBA from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management in West Lafayette, IN. My military career began as a United States Marine Corps Logistics Officer, serving as the Maintenance Management Officer for the 3rd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion in Twentynine Palms, CA, and as the S-4 Officer for Marine Aircraft Group 16 in Tustin, CA.
After serving six years in the Marine Corps, I began my career in Corporate America at General Electric, where I attended 4 weeks of 6 Sigma black belt training, while also serving as a buyer and production supervisor. I have also been a materials manager for a $200 million automotive facility, a corporate logistics planner, and an ERP implementation consultant for Therma-Tru Doors, a supply chain manager in the automotive industry, and a supply chain management consultant for Resources Global Professionals, supporting ConAgra Foods Transportation Procurement Department in Schaumburg, IL.
I also served as a senior managing consultant for IBM's Global Business Services (Business and Management Consulting Services Public Sector Division) in their Lean/Six Sigma Division. In addition to being the owner and CEO of Chris Anderson Group LLC, I'm currently working as a supply chain management/process improvement automotive consultant for Allegiant International, LLC.
My past and current certifications include CPIM, C.P.M., PMP, CTL, and a certified six sigma green belt. My military decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. My published works include: "Six Sigma and Physical Distribution”, APICS Magazine, November/December 2003. My professional presentations include: “Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management”, Resources Global Professionals, Chicago, IL, April, 2006. While at the Naval Academy, I also participated in Varsity and Sprint Football.

Frank Mosier
Senior Managing Consultant
Frank Mosier’s impressive career not only includes over 25 years of working in the manufacturing sector, but he has also been actively consulting in the United States, Europe and Mexico for the past ten years.
Frank has extensive supply chain management experience with an expertise in materials management, purchasing, inventory control, work-in-process, and six sigma; while also specializing in SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) set-up time reduction. He also has experience building effective manufacturing teams, and setting up efficient Kanban systems. Additionally, Frank has implementation knowledge of improving the SIPOC process (Sales Input, Process, Output, Customer).
Frank’s extensive Corporate America experience includes working for two separate multi-billion corporations. Some of his numerous roles have included Corporate Director of Materials, Corporate Director of Purchasing in charge of major commodities such as steel, paint, hardware, fasteners, and maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) supplies. Frank has working knowledge of multiple ERP systems, while simultaneously implementing and improving current performance.

Frank’s additional impressive manufacturing experiences includes roles as plant manager, operations manager, materials manager, inventory manager and continuous improvement manager, where he has experience with set-up reduction time improvements, 5S and Kanban inventory control.
Frank’s well-rounded resume also includes experience in the public sector, working for the Department of Defense (DOD) as Engineering Change Coordinator, Materials Manager and Industrial Engineering Coordinator.
Frank’s education includes a B.A. from Indiana University, and an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a certified CPIM from APICS, and has taught certification classes in ERP for APICS. Additionally, Frank is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Frank is also an avid runner and has competed in the prestigious IRONMAN Triathlon.
